Scooter Supports Spay/Neuter Efforts in Michigan with Give Them Ten Movement Member Ingham County Animal Control

The Joanie Bernard Foundation and the Give Them Ten Movement, in partnership with Ingham County Animal Control, are addressing the cat population issue in Ingham County, Michigan. By launching free spay/neuter programs in the area, Ingham County Animal Control and Give Them Ten hope to tackle the root cause of the county’s large population of community cats, which currently number anywhere from 50,000 to 75,000. Pet Savers offering free spay/neuter for 75 cats at 4th Annual Testicle Festival

KHQ-TV in Spokane, Washington, recently shared the news that the Give Them Ten Movement partnered with Pet Savers Spokane to help promote that organization’s fourth annual Testicle Festival, an event that aims to help control feline populations by offering free spay/neuter services for cat owners. Scooter the Neutered Cat is also lending a paw to spread the low-cost veterinarian clinic’s message of feline health through a memorable T-shirt with his likeness.
