Lend a Paw: Become a TNR Trapper

Want to help some community cats in your neighborhood? With a little training, you’ll learn to safely trap cats so they can be spayed or neutered – reducing overpopuolation and improving their lives.

What is TNR?

Trap Neuter Return (TNR) is how we spay and neuter community cats. It consists of three steps:

NEUTER

Once trapped, bring the cat to OAR spay/neuter clinic. A veterinarian will vaccinate and spay/neuter the cat, then painlessly tip its left ear.

RETURN

You'll be pick the cat back up and return him or her to the cat colony or habitat.
