Join Pet Savers of Spokane Valley, WA for their 7th annual Testicle Festival. This cheeky yet impactful event is dedicated to reducing cat overpopulation through free neutering services. The festival will take place on Sunday, October 5 and will offer free neutering for up to 125 male cats.
