Scooter the Neutered Cat appeared along with dozens of furry friends at Eastwood Metropark on Saturday, Sept. 4, in support of the Humane Society of Greater Dayton’s annual Furry Skurry fundraising event. The fundraiser featured a 5K run, a walk, games, a pet costume contest and plenty of activities for animals.

Ten Movement chair Deborah Cribbs joined Monica Frenden, Maddie’s Director of Feline Lifesaving at American Pets Alive!, for a webinar about how Scooter the Neutered Cat helped transform the live-release rate and drove a culture shift in the way Cincinnati thinks about cats. In “Driving a Cat Culture Shift with the Ten Movement,” Deborah gave a presentation and answered questions from Monica and the audience of more than 600 viewers.
