Cat Tales

An extra chance at life, love and home for every homeless feline: Ten.

About Ten

Ten, a project of The Joanie Bernard Foundation, provides information, education and easily accessible resources to those who advocate for cat welfare and share the desire to join the no-kill movement. It is the heart and home of the no-kill cat nation, a nation that values every feline life, supports spay/neuter and Trap Neuter Return (TNR) and seeks to end the practice of cats being put to death in kill shelters.

The No-Kill Cat Nation

In the no-kill cat nation, every feline receives an extra chance at life, love and a forever home. High-quality, low-cost spay/neuter clinics and TNR will end feline overpopulation, thus eliminating killing cats as a means of population control. Without the threat of being put to death in kill shelters, adoptable cats find homes. No longer faced with an endless cycle of homeless cats, no-kill shelters will have space for all. Feline lives will no longer be lost. And every feline will know love and home, forever..

The Joanie Bernard Foundation

The Joanie Bernard Foundation funds Ten and other feline welfare projects, groups and advocates. Through the Foundation, the mission of a no-kill cat nation moves closer to reality.
